In order to comply with the new Millennium rule regarding gun firing modes, Eclipse markers should be configured as follows -

Ego 7 / Ego 8

1. Enter the Setup menu
2. Select (PRESET) (LOAD) and choose the MILLEN option
3. Select (MAX ROF) and set the value to 11.8*
4. Select (OFF ROF) and set the value to 11.8*
5. Select (RAMP SET) (KICK IN) and set the value to 6.0
6. Select (RAMP SET) (SUSTAIN) and set the value to 6.0
7. Select (PRESET) (SAVE) and choose the USER 1 option to save these settings for future use.
8. Exit the Setup menu
9. Check the rate of fire on a league approved ROF meter.

Ego 5 / Ego 6

1. Enter the Setup menu
2. Select (MODE) and choose the RAMP 3** option
3. Select (ROF CAP) and set the value to 11.8*
4. Select (OFF ROF) and set the value to 11.8*
5. Exit the Setup menu
6. Check the rate of fire on a league approved ROF meter.

Etek / Etek 2

1. Enter the Setup menu
2. Select Firing Mode (red) and set the value to 05.0 (Ramp 3)
3. Select Maximum ROF (green) and set the value to 11.8*
4. Select Maximum ROF with BBSS Disabled (blue) and set the value to 11.8*
5. Exit the Setup menu
6. Check the rate of fire on a league approved ROF meter.

Planet Eclipse no longer provides software updates for the eBlade platform, however the following may prove useful in setting these products up to be compliant

E2 / Zero B

1. Fit fresh batteries to the loader that will be used and set the loader speed as required
2. Enter the Setup menu
3. Select (MODE) and choose the RAMP 3** option
4. Set the COFF parameter to 40ms
5. Enable the breech sensor
6. Shoot the gun so that it ramps and measure the ROF on a rate of fire meter
7. Adjust the COFF parameter and repeat 6 until the ROF is 11.8bps* (increasing COFF reduces ROF)
8. Check that CDELAY + CON + COFF is greater than 84ms and if not then increase CON
9. Exit the Setup menu
10. Check the rate of fire on a league approved ROF meter.

E1 (eBlade)
1. Fit fresh batteries to the loader that will be used and set the loader speed as required
2. Enter the Setup menu
3. Set the COFF parameter to 40ms
4. Enable the breech sensor
5. Shoot the gun as quickly as you can and measure the ROF on a rate of fire meter
6. Adjust the COFF parameter and repeat 5 until the ROF is 11.8bps* (increasing COFF reduces ROF)
7. Check that CDELAY + CON + COFF is greater than 84ms and if not then increase CON
8. Exit the Setup menu
9. Check the rate of fire on a league approved ROF meter.

*The rate of fire settings on Egos are accurate however not all rate of fire meters will read the same. We recommend that guns be set on the safe side of the legal limit. The difference between 11.8 and 12.0bps is only 1 extra ball every 59 shots!

**If your software does not have the RAMP 3 option then it will be necessary to upgrade your software to the latest version.

Para adaptarse a dicha normativa e ir entrenando y practicando en este nuevo modo, Planet Eclipse os quiere ayudar indicandovos que hacer para que vuestra marcadora sea legal. Estos son los pasos a seguir en los distintos productos de nuestra compañía.

Ego 7 / Ego 8
1. Entrar en el menu de configuración:
2. Selecionar [PRESET] [LOAD] y escoger la opción MILLEN.

2. Seleccionar [MODE] y escoger la opción RAMP 3**.
3. Seleccionar [ROF CAP] y configurar el valor a 11.8*.
4. Seleccionar [OFF ROF] y configurar el valor a 11.8*.
5. Salir del menu de configuración.
6. Testear la velocidad de disparo en la liga en el Chrono Oficial.

Etek / Etek 2
1. Entrar en el menu de configuración:
2. Selecionar Modo de Disparo (Rojo) y configurar el valor a 05.0 (Ramp 3);
3. Seleccionar Velocidad Máxima de Disparo (Verde) y configurar el valor a 11.8*.
4. Seleccionar Velocidad Máxima de Disparo sin ojos activados (Azul) y configurar el valor a 11.8*.
5. Salir del menu de configuración.
6. Testear la velocidad de disparo en la liga en el Chrono Oficial.

Planet Eclipse ya no proporciona actualizaciones de software para la plataforma eBlade, sin embargo lo siguiente, tal vez sea útil para ayudarles a cumplir esta nueva reglamentación.


E2 / Zero B
1. Instalar un nuevo juego de baterías y configurar el cargador de velocidad según sea necesario.
2. Entrar en el menu de configuración:
3. Seleccionar [MODE] y escoger la opción RAMP 3**.
4. Fijar el parámetro COFF a 40ms;
5. Activar los ojos.
6. Disparar con la marcadora en ramping y medir la velocidad de disparo máxima.
7. Ajustar el parametro COFF repetir hasta alcanzar la velocidad máxima de disparo 11.8bps* (incrementar el COFF reduce el ROF).
8. Chequear que CDELAY + CON + COFF es bueno a 84ms y no se incrementa el CON.
9. Salir del menu de configuración.
10. Testear la velocidad de disparo en la liga en el Chrono Oficial.

E1 (eBlade)

* La velocidad de disparo en la configuración de las Egos precisa sin embargo ser modificada ya que no todos los chronos dan la misma lectura. Recomendamos que las marcadoras se establezcan en un lado seguro del límite legal. La diferencia entre 11,8 y 12.0 bps es sólo 1 bola extra cada 59 disparos!


** Si tu software no tiene la opción Ramp 3, sera necesario actualizar el software a la última versión.

Como información adicional, todo el que lo desee, durante los eventos del Milleniun series, habrá nuevo software con adaptación a la nueva normativa, tanto para Millenium como para PSP.

Aprovechando el hilo,una vez echa la configuracion a la normativa vigente en
modo psp para una ego 07.
¿Como se puede adaptar a la antigua norma u la norma SPPL ,modo de disparo psp a 15 bolas,una vez echa la actualizacion?

En el estand de PE actualizaron las placas de manera que ahora en el modo preset aparece PSP 07 ,PSP 08 ,MS 07 y 08 y mas ,asi problema resuelto.

En las 07 ,que yo sepa,van de lujo ajuste a 285 y las 10 partidas que jugé ni se movió .

en las 07 y 08 aparece el menu de esa forma al actualizar y esta de puta madre la verdad, sale psp07 psp08, mill07 y mill08, y el resto de modos.

las 06 no lo se y las 05 solo cambiaban los settings creo, no se le hacia repro.

Bueno aclaro :segun me dijeron mi placa(virtue) era antigua por lo que se la llevaban y me la mandaba cuando estuviera actualizada..en un mes,solucion por 20€ te ponemos la nueva ,ante las opciones ,cambié la placa .

Paco los de dye no cobraban por actualizar el software , los de dye cobraron 10 euros por una placa nueva .Y la vieja te la kedabas .

Si devolvias la placa vieja no te cobraban.
